We are currently looking to recruit a full-time experienced site foreman/manager.

The successful candidate will have a Sound & clear knowledge of construction methods used renovation/extension/fit-out projects, a clear understanding of Health & Safety procedure, be able to work to timelines and Gantt Chart type project programs, Organise and supervise suppliers & sub-contract teams, liaise with the assigned office based project manager as well as the architect and client. Must be a Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. Have the ability to use initiative and problem solve. A Strong attention to detail and the ability to lead and motivate a team.Logical and organised.Working Site Foreman

Time served carpenter/joiner required, highly motivated and skilled with a minimum of 10 years experience to become a permanent and valued member of the McGarry team.

The selected candidate will be competent in both 1st & 2nd Fixing operations on site, able to produce work to a high standard within a task relevant time frame. The majority of the work will be offered on a price-work basis, daywork will also be required during projects as and when price-work is not practical.
